Alina Fu
SharePoint Product Manager
Alina Fu is the Product Manager for Social Computing on the SharePoint product team. Her formal job responsibility is to develop the strategy and execution plan around social computing for Microsoft® SharePoint® and being involved during the product cycle. Alina is focused primarily on helping the Information Workers (i.e., end users) and TDM/BDM audiences understand the SharePoint product and roadmap for social computing. She also develops the core content for social computing, works extensively with customers and partners, and manages the SharePoint presence at all the major social computing industry events.
Christian Finn
Director, SharePoint Collaboration
Christian Finn is the Director for Collaboration in Microsoft’s Information Worker Product Management Group in Redmond, Washington. Christian and his team lead Microsoft’s vision, business strategy, and global marketing efforts for collaboration, enterprise social computing, and portal technologies, including Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Windows® SharePoint Services 3.0, two of the most widely used collaboration and social computing products in the world. He is the executive sponsor of the influential FASTForward blog and the Editor-in-Chief of this Web site. Christian frequently speaks to customers and industry groups and meets with analysts and press on Enterprise 2.0 topics and future directions. An 11-year Microsoft veteran, Christian has over 15 years of varied experience in the collaboration field, including positions in consulting, marketing, solutions development, learning, channel management, and sales. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.
Laura Brown
SharePoint Product Manager
Laura Brown is the Product Manager for Windows SharePoint Services on the SharePoint product team. She evangelizes the SharePoint platform both internally and externally by showing innovative ways social computing is used by different teams within Microsoft. As a recent graduate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a digital native, Laura has a unique perspective from her first year at Microsoft on the opportunities and challenges of integrating a multigenerational workforce.
