Description

Required Materials

Lay up hull mold, layer fiberglass, dry, break from mold

Fiberglass resin; Fibergalss material; Hull Mold (CAP GOOD)

Wax mold, lay up superstructure hull mold, lay fibergalss and resin ply, dry, break from mold

Fiberglass material; Resin; Superstructure Mod (CAP EX)

Flip superstructure onto hull, marine epoxy the seam, thru-bolt with 1 1/2" hex marine bolts

Fiberglass hull; Fiberglass superstructure; A234 Marine glue; Epoxy; 74 bolt/nut sets (part A1833587)

Trim excess fiberglass to 1/16" tolerance to hull shape. Roto-sand transform to 1" cap rail gap.

Roto sander (CAP EX); Sand paper material

Polish hull to consistent rough finish on all surfaces to prepare for exterior hull paint (at customer).

Polish material

Wrap, bundle, and ship completed hull and superstructure.

Shrink wrap; shipping cradle; 1 1/2" protective foam
