This client access license (CAL) enables you to manage information. Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 CAL, Enterprise Edition

This client access license provides additional functionality over Office SharePoint Server 2007 CAL, Standard edition. You must have Standard edition and Enterprise edition CALs to use Enterprise edition functionality. With the Enterprise edition, you can use line-of-business data integration and search, Business Intelligence (including the performance management dashboard and Web-based spreadsheets), and electronic forms.

Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 for Internet Sites

With this offering, you may use the software for Internet-facing Web sites only. All content, information, and applications must be accessible to non-employees. This license has all the features of Office SharePoint Server 2007, Enterprise edition. For complete information about the different features in each edition, read the Office SharePoint Server 2007 edition comparison document.

This is a per-server license that does not require the purchase of CALs.
