SUMMARY

Eurobank EFG is part of an international banking organization, and has been active in Serbia since 2003; currently it has more than 1,600 employees that are serving our customers through a network of 119 branches and 9 centers which work with corporate clients across the country. Since the beginning of operations in Serbia, Eurobank EFG has used products from Microsoft SharePoint family, and when the need for the improvement of internal procedures and business processes arose, Microsoft Office SharePoint 2010 was an ideal solution. After the digitalization of the entire business process and integration with other Microsoft products, the completion of procedures that used to last for several hours is now reduced to several minutes, and the whole process is additionally secured with the usage of digital certificates.
