Greetings, we are the  Information Services Design team – a group in MSIT responsible for SharePoint platform services here at Microsoft. Our team works closely with both the product group and various business partners to showcase MOSS 2007 features and develop innovative solutions that highlight what the product platform can do. We assist with performing portal design & architectural review, defining governance strategy, and creating custom solution components that both meet a broad range of business needs and drive re-use across the hosted environment.

Our goal with this blog is to share the things we’ve learned along the way, including  sample solutions and utilities we’ve developed during our development and maintenance of various internal MOSS portals (such as MSW and MSLibrary). Some of the content you’ll find here:
