Do You Oomph?

Update 2: Okay now as I look at this more I am thinking it isnt all Kosher on my page. I would expect some richer interaction. Back to the drawing board... but I still think I make for a great MasterG. ;-)

Update: I see Oomph works just fine with SharePoint. Now need to explore its wider uses. By the way, dont I look fantastic? No it's not Master Chief it's MasteG (my Xbox 360 tag name.... see you online this holiday season.... if you dare ;-)

I just downloaded Oomph and one of the things it does is add an hCard Contact Insert option to Windows LiveWriter (the tool I use for creating my blog entries) Not sure if it works or if the resulting code will be server  side stripped so thought I would give it a whirl. At any rate if you are in to MicroFormats then you really need to check out Oomph over at the MixOnline site.

As to what is Oomph? On their site it says”Microformats are about enhancing the web, representing data in HTML and moving that data around. Oomph: A Microformats Toolkit is for web developers, designers and users, making it easier to create, consume, and style Microformats. In short, Oomph makes consuming and producing content for the web just a little easier, more efficient, more fun.”

If this works my MicroFormat hCard should be below…..
