In all the hubbub surrounding PDC this week, I somehow didn't notice until a day later, but SharePoint Server 2010 Beta was posted up on MSDN for subscribers to download on 11/16/09.
 
Go here:
 
Sign-in with your MSDN account, and then navigate to Servers node in the left navigation, expand it and scroll down to find "SharePoint Server 2010"
