Documentation is extremely scarce on accessing the Secure Store in code. I need some custom code on a claims based FBA SharePoint site to call the SetUserCredentials of the Secure Store.

We used to log on to the external site using a windows service that returned a logon token but the new claims authentication makes the timeout issue problematic.
