Grammar

You’ve probably even head (had) someone say “I’m sure someone has already solved this problem”, and if that’s the case, that someone was the smartest person in the room for two key reasons.

Great post

I loved this post

Spelling

That would be a spelling mistake, not a grammatical one anyway. The author probably meant "heard", not "had".

Good post, anyway.

when is there going to be InfoPath Support?

Managed metadata is absolutely crippled by the lack of infopath support.

Re: Taxonomy–The Challenge of Starting from Scratch

I can only agree with the above comment. This is a great feature of SharePoint 2010 but we can't use it in most scenarios due to lack of support in most office clients and even SharePoint itself.  Since the InfoPath team declined to support it in a hotfix or CU, I wont be very keen on using this feature in future solutions

What if you're not starting from scratch

Are there any good articles that can point me to the do's and don't's of cleaning up a bad taxonomy?

InfoPath support?

I too want to know "when is there going to be InfoPath Support?".
