Aloise Ealy-Randolph joined Microsoft in December, 2009 from IBM, where she was a Software Account Manager and Services Sales Leader for the past three years. She brings experience with development tools from IBM Rational successes and has a teaming background working with Partners and Client Teams. Prior to IBM, Aloise spent 20 years with AT&T in sales, international sales, management, and product marketing roles. She and her teams helped large multi-national companies achieve new business capabilities.
